Heads - Very Good - Modern Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) forged player's cavity iron set showing normal play wear. Soft forged heads exhibit expected light bag chatter along sole perimeters and standard sole rubbing scratching across all clubs. Back cavities retain sharp, clean silver "iD FORGED" badging with light cosmetic surface wear. Forged clubfaces display clean, crisp scorelines with standard center ball contact marks. Bonded hosels remain clean and structurally sound throughout the set.

Shafts - Very Good - Factory PRGR SSIII 095 steel shafts in M-43 (Stiff) flex engineered by Nippon Shaft are straight, clean, and structurally sound with sharp spec bands and laser engraving intact.

Grips - Very Good - Red textured rubber grips are clean, soft, and offer excellent tacky traction.

The PRGR iD Forged irons feature soft S20C forged carbon steel heads combined with a mid-cavity design to provide exceptional impact feel and feedback.
